Michael Moody is an outstanding personal trainer, I cannot recommend him enough! I had foot surgery and he created a program for me to train safely and effectively while in a boot. He is very attentive to my form and gives excellent spot-corrections to prevent injury. I've worked with other trainers who have pushed me so hard I could barely walk for days. Michael meets clients where they are, and builds them up gradually. He is easy to get along with and a lot of fun, which makes the hour go by quickly! I was training for a specific event and was only supposed to have him for 6 weeks, yet here I am 8 months later feeling better than ever! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
