Highly recommend! I’ve been receiving acupuncture treatments from Kendra 2x weekly for anxiety and panic attacks and it’s really helping to recondition my nervous system. Today I even felt instantly peaceful and calm the minute the session started. Also receiving reiki and reflexology from Nicole, which is also really helpful. The reflexology helps to ground me and bring my nervous system into parasympathetic, and the reiki is helping calm my nervous energy. Nicole also has really insightful things to share from the session about my path of growth.

This place is wonderful. Rob and Kendra are incredibly professional and compassionate. They do great work here and treat people with so much respect and I so appreciate their sliding scale and the way they create access for everyone. I got help for issues with chronic insomnia and the acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine really made a difference for me.
