My therapist Caroline helped me SO much through one of the darkest periods of my life! I think I completed around 80 sessions before I moved out of state and wasn’t able to continue seeing her, but with the tools I’ve been given have been able to navigate the loss of my mom, and other difficult life changes that would’ve broken me had I not gone through my sessions with Caroline. Therapy changed me and my life for the better. I highly recommend this center!!
I have been working with them for about a year and half and I have the best therapist in the world name is Majidah Hosein she has helped me get the care I needed and help me be more indepenent and I am working on my past
We utilized this a lot throughout the school year. having an extra support team member to help them with social skills, Emotional regulation, and communication. The bond my kids made with their councilor had made them feel safe and helped us as parents get our kids to trust us even with the little stuff.
