My first time ever, and I had a great experience! I’ve been to other salons and walked out with grays still showing, but here my gray coverage was 100% plus I got a balayage. They did exactly what I was envisioning, and as a first-time customer you get a discount. I left very happy and wish I had found out about the membership sooner! Ugh, all those years wasted trying to cover my own roots at home, or leaving them uncovered because I was too tired and it’s hard to do correctly on yourself. On top of that, I spent thousands at other salons only to walk out with grays still showing. #MadisonReed Yay to unlimited root coverage!
I've been in twice now and have had a great experience each time. The only thing is the time it takes for the service is usually longer than they say it will be, so budget for an hour and 15 minutes for root touch-up. I have dark hair and minimal gray under the top layer, and they recommended just doing demi-permanent on my roots so it blends with my normal hair color, instead of doing an all-over color, which would make it look dyed. It's so natural and lasts for three months before it needs another touch-up.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, there’s no pressure in getting any other services than the one that you scheduled for and there’s the freedom to do your own blow dry if you want to.
Highly recommended salon.
