LoHi Eye is hands down the best ophthalmological experience I’ve ever had. I haven’t had many, but honestly, I can’t imagine one being better. The staff is friendly, responsive, and refreshingly creative.
Dr. Bray is not only an excellent optometrist but also a genuinely warm and caring human being.
And Michael deserves special mention — he has helped me multiple times by realigning my glasses after I bent them (usually by sitting on them or doing something equally silly). He does a great job every time, always with a smile.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Winstead and his team for five years now, and the experience is consistently great. The eye exams are very comprehensive and the team does a great job listening to any questions and concerns with my vision and taking the time to provide thoughtful answers. It’ a pleasure to have this local, optometrist-owned business in my neighborhood.

I got my first pair of glasses about 2 years ago and just recently broke them. I called LoHi Eye Care & was able to get new frames from the manufacturer and new lens right before my warranty ran out. We coordinated everything via text and the team was not only able to get the job done, but they were super friendly & genuinely good people throughout the entire process. 10/10
