About Life Time

The Hydro and Cryo Lounge is a new favorite among members, and the cafe serves great sandwiches. Nice staff but not always well cleaned/maintained - I have had to notify staff of food (large qty of smashed chips/crackers) left on the ground for two days near their bikes, and the indoor pool regularly has debris (tissue, bandaids, earplugs) that sits there for days.
By far the best big gym in the city! I’ve tried all the other big gyms and none compare with their quality and variety of equipment and classes. The staff there is top notch and always available to help! Thanks you guys!!!
I recently visited Life Time Fitness as a guest with a friend, and I had such a great experience that it made me want to get my own membership.
One of the highlights of the visit was stopping by the cafe, a girl named Ariela helped us. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and added a lot to the experience.
Between the quality of the gym and the kindness of the staff. I left feeling very impressed. I can definitely see myself becoming a member soon!
