Called Leventhal Puga Braley about a potential case I had questions about. The details were a little bit complicated and lacking clarity. I was called by Adrian Johnson. Adrian went through the details of my medical situation in depth, he asked me specific questions and helped narrow down what the case would be should it be pursued. He spent 40 minutes on the phone with me discussing my issue. He was extremely patient, comforting and thorough. Ultimately it was determined that even with areas which could be brought before a jury and potentially awarded it would likely be far more cost invasive than the return would be. He advised me to follow up if further testing or other professionals dictated that there was medical malpractice.
I cannot speak highly enough of even this 40 minute call. Where I had other firms just reject me without any further questioning, even with already having a lot of the details in email, Adrian took time to ensure I understood the true potential of my situation both in a positive and negative light. It’s nice to feel like you have “a guy” for needs that you may or may not have. I left this call knowing that if I ever have further issues I dont need to look elsewhere.
