Jess is always incredibly professional and kind! I trust her wholeheartedly to tell me the truth about when I need a hair cut or if we talk about trying something new with my color. (I can be neurotic about change, especially when it comes to my hair) She’s knowledgeable and explains everything in a way I can actually understand.
