I have been receiving treatment from this location for about 3 years now and i don't know what the bad reviews are talking about! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I adore the staff and the general ambiance of this office.
Everyone here is really nice and understanding. I’ve always felt safe getting the ketamine injections but I will say it can be VERY intense and I wouldn’t suggest it for people who are just a little blue. But it’s been helpful for my PTSD and near lifelong depression and they’ve been willing to work with me on what dose feels most beneficial.
I’m also seeing one of their providers for medication management and she was compassionate and a good listener. I really appreciate when I can explain in my 40s that I know what works for me and what doesn’t and not get pushback or try to be convinced to try something new.
I'm not sure if I've just gotten lucky or management has changed since these negative reviews but I've had nothing but positive experiences with Klarisana and the staff. I've had chronic depression since childhood compounded by PTSD, as well as chronic pain, and this has been very helpful. It's difficult to find mental health care with Medicaid so I'm especially grateful to have them. They also offer medication management and the NP I see is warm and doesn't try to change what's working, unlike certain doctors I've seen. They would rather let people suffer than write a prescription for a controlled substance no matter what circumstances a person is coping with. The clinic itself is cozy and feels inviting. The treatment rooms have comfy recliners with a tv mounted on the wall and lots of calming things to watch, as well as a northern lights projector for added ambiance. I've never had trouble getting a call back and they're good about letting you know appt spots are filling up so you can schedule more than one session. Overall, the staff are warm, I've had over 12 sessions with no problems, and they accept Medicaid. I like that it has a pretty chill vibe and doesn't feel like a traditional clinic but I feel like I'm still getting the help I need.
