I am very happy with the service I received from King Rooter and plumbing. I had what I thought was a leaking toilet, but it turned out to be a pipe that needed to be replaced. They were extremely professional, explaining everything in detail and promptly repairing the problem. They coordinated with the remediation company to identify, eliminate and repair all of the water damage. This greatly reduced my level of stress. It was wonderful to work with a company that was friendly, honest, quick to respond, and very efficient. I will definitely hire them again for my future plumbing problems.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. From the moment I called, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me not just getting the job done quickly. Scheduling was easy, and they showed up exactly when they said they would, which is rare these days.
The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. I never felt pressured or confused just informed and confident in the work being done. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
