Just moved to Denver and learned about classpass. This was the first place I came to with the pass and I had a great experience. Street parking could be a little tricky depending on the time of your class, but I parked down the street around the corner. Nothing to fuss about. The studio is attached to an apartment complex, so it looks a bit camouflaged. The entrance is on 29th ave versus the actual address on Wyandot, it's right at the corner and there is a ramp going down. There is also a signage, so you should miss it. I was greeted with warm welcome since it was my first time, I just had to sign a waiver. The instructor gave me the quick run down of the place and how class goes, especially it would be my first time again with pilates since 2017. It is a small intimate studio with 7 machine. They alternate between reformer and cadillac each week, so if you're prone to one or the other best call or text to find out. This week, we're on the cadillac. It was very calm and easy to follow. Definitely for all levels of pilates. I was definitely shaking towards the end of the class and I felt great. I was exhausted for the rest of the day! It means that it was a great class and I'm out of shape, haha! I will definitely come again!

Because of my injuries and changing physiology, conventional workouts hurt me rather than helped me. I knew after the first session I found the exact kind of workout to help my body heal and regain my fitness. I took several private lessons then signed up for the 3x/week class package. I hate exercise, but now I look forward to every workout. After two weeks, I could feel the changes in my gait (more balanced and steady) and I felt taller. Several months later and I am starting to add interval running back...read full review
