They made sure me and my wife both were present through the whole process. They did a free inspection with a detailed video/photos. They show us the video of our roof then sat down with us, and helped us file the claim. Once we signed the insurance authorization integrity handled the insurance all the way through and only brought what concerned us to our attention. We couldn't be happier!! They were very detailed and the work crew did an incredible job on our roof!! We appreciated their professionalism and commitment to giving us the BEST roof on the block! Management was on job site the day of installation to ensure the job was completed to city code and the cleanup was very thorough. Would highly recommend for any roof job.
