I don't usually write negative reviews but I feel this one is uniquely warranted. Overall we were really happy with our floors in our new home. It wasn't a perfect job but nothing ever is.The place where Images let us down was on their warranty work. We had several visits about the cupping in our floors. We were very engaged and asked questions about our home humidity and paid careful attention to assure that we were not causing the issue. The images reps assured us across several visits that the cupping was not our fault. Where do I start with all the problems we are having. Our builder used this company for the tile on the fireplace, bathrooms floor and linoleum, It has been 1 problem after another from Customer Service to poor quality work and lack of integrity towards the customer.

This company provides warranty services for our home builder, Tralon Homes. Their service is exceptionally sub-standard with no ability to reach representatives directly. I'd give them a score of "0" if Google provided that option. They have rescheduled my repairs repeatedly for more than 4 months now. They provide no insight into when their crews will arrive, and from what I can tell their crews are sub-contracted. They're not Better Business Bureau accredited either, so that is telling validation of this and other bad reviews.
