As a broker, I have used Dave the past 6 years and myself or clients have never had any problems or issues. He is always upfront with pricing, he is great at communicating and does a great job on his inspections. He provides a full report and meets with the buyers the last 45-60 min at the property to review and show what he found. If he finds something not in his wheel house he always calls it out in the report and recommends a licensed professional. I would recommend him personally.

Great experience using them for my home inspection, radon test, and sewer scope. They did the home inspection, but they coordinated on the radon and sewer items, so I didn't have to call other companies or pay multiple people. Dave was responsive, clear on pricing, and thorough.As a first-time home buyer, I appreciated that he took the time to explain things to me like the type of foundation, show me things like the different water valves, and talk through pictures of what he'd seen on the roof. I'm a real estate broker, and Dave did the inspection for my first buyer five years ago and other buyers in the intervening years. I like his work so much that when my husband and I bought an investment property recently, he was the one we called to do our inspection. He's very knowledgeable and professional. I don't understand the low ratings at all--they defy logic!
