Medical assistants Ashley and Angel are wonderful so is Kayla the PA. No issues with the new membership plan. I understand it is a small independent clinic. Woman owned clinic!!!! I hope her business thrives more and more. Dr. Kennedy cares about her patients.
Surprised at the reviews as this has not been my experience whatsoever. The fee for remaining under their care is minimal and far outweighs the service and care I receive. I received multiple emails many months prior to the change going into effect and the whys.
If you chose to leave fine but why go online and disparage Highlands Health? Shame on you. Insurance companies are to blame not them.
Dr. Kennedy is absolutely the best! I've been with her for 8 years and she goes so far out of her way to understand me and what's going on with me mentally and physically. She is so patient during our visits and has been so supportive through some tough times and tough problems. I thought about moving away from Denver a few years ago, but losing her as a provider was factor in my decision to stay.
The rest of the staff at highlands has also been great. They are always friendly and welcoming.
