PLEASE READ!!! I'm giving this 4 stars as I do not want to make it seem like a bad place to go and possibly affect the therapists' appointments. The therapists are amazing at their craft and very professional. Just got done with a 90 Min massage with my wife. HOWEVER, their booking system leaves a lot to be desired. First, tried booking online months ago. At the time, we were selecting therapists from the online list. But, the website would never confirm our appointment or selection until we called the next day and we were informed that one or both of the therapist(s) we selected do not participate in couples' massages. Well, then, they shouldn't have been available to select online. Next, we booked the massage for 5:45pm. We showed up about 10 minutes early and they had us in the system for 5:15pm...to them, we were almost 30 minutes late. The therapists were actually preparing to leave for the night thinking we were 'no-shows'. Luckily, my wife had saved the confirmation text she'd received when originally booking that showed 5:45 was our appointment time. LAST, even though it was booked as a couples massage, my wife and I were put into 2 separate rooms. This was not too big of a deal as we were just looking forward to the massages in general. Jodi Perry, who was the therapist that gave me my massage is amazing and it was the 2nd one I've had from her (total coincidence). The office, waiting area, and rooms are very comfortable with soothing music and sounds playing to keep the environment relaxed. I recommend calling to book over the phone and then save and/or print any confirmation texts or emails.
