I had a nagging knee injury for almost nine months. I did all the things my doctor advised — rest, ice, elevate, wear a brace. Nothing seemed to help. However, after one session with Theresa, my knee feels great. I am back to running, rowing and doing other exercises all out, and my knee no longer bothers me. Absolutely amazing!

I work a very physically demanding job and have a lot of persistent pain. I've only had two sessions but am definitely coming back for more. I feel much more open in the days after the sessions. Highly recommend!

I recommend checking out Theresa. I talked to 3 other rolfers before deciding on using her services. She does not pressure you to do more than one session if you're just trying it out.
