Monica is wonderful!! She has helped me a lot with issues I've had in my calf and lower back over the past several months. I first scheduled an appointment with her when my right lower back was killing me out of nowhere one day, and I walked out of our session almost totally pain free. The muscle continued to release over the next day and I felt completely better. The calf issue is more serious and my sessions with Monica have been a great complement to my physical therapy sessions. She has also given me advice on stretches and exercises I can do at home to mitigate various points of pain and tension. She clearly knows what she's doing and I'll be back for more sessions!
I love Black Sage Bodyworks! Sara is an incredible therapist, with a deep knowledge of the human body. Her space is grounded, peaceful and beautiful. I am genuinely touched by how much she cares and really appreciate her professionalism. But more than anything I love how I feel when I leave. I have known her for many years, and have been receiving work from her for a long time. Never disappointed.
It took entirely too long for me to find Sara at BlackSage, and I live just down the street. That was easily the best massage I’ve received in Denver, possibly anywhere. I explained my tolerance for pressure, what brought me in, and she absolutely helped accommodate me and solve some of the issues I was experiencing with my neck, shoulders, and arms. I couldn’t leave without scheduling my next appointment, and while I would love to keep this as much of my own secret as possible, the reality is that everyone needs to schedule 45-60 mins with Sara.
