The hairstylist Evette was friendly and understood exactly how the customer wanted their haircut done. The haircut looks good and was done to the customer's satisfaction. It is easy to get in and out, and the stylist usually sees the customer every 3-6 weeks for trims. The customer appreciates that Evette understands how much they value their length and only needs a trim with a small amount of hair cut off.
The gals were hard working and the place was packed with regulars. They accommodated me best as they could.

Checked in online and headed to Great Clips when my wait time was approximately 15 minutes. When I got in there were three people waiting to get their haircut and a hairstylist who was already helping a fourth. Initially, I was a little peeved that my wait time was longer than expected, but my wait time, once there was maybe 25 minutes—which in the grand scheme of things isn’t too bad. I believe the hairstylist’s name was Erica and she was kind and direct, something I appreciate. It was obvious she was doing the best she could being the only stylist in the building.
