I just recently had them do a claim for hail damage on my roof. Brandon was an excellent ambassador for the company and fought the insurance company to get the items approved. I’m glad I went with them and I’m glad that Brandon was the project manager. The team started the day before Thanksgiving and almost had everything done but couldn’t quite beat the light so they came out and finished the next day ON THANKSGIVING. These guys really put customer service first and did a great job! They even upgraded the shingles to make the house more resilient to the damage sustained from hail and wind. Do yourself a favor and go with these guys.
Golden Spike Roofing replaced an irreparably clogged dryer vent on our steep roof. This was a small job that they were willing to do. The workmen were very professional, installed the new vent exactly as needed, and were nice people to deal with.
Golden Spike Roofing replaced our roof in 2017. They alerted us about a potential warrenty issue with the shingles and came out to inspect. We turned in a claim to the manufacturer and they stood behind their warrenty and we received a new roof. Had GSR not been on the ball we would of had no idea. GSR replaced our roof last week and did an excellent job. Workers were courteous and took care to protect our Christmas decorations and outdoor furniture. They also did a good job cleaning up. I will use them again!
