Date of Visit: 09/21/2022 - Met my remote working team here for the first time today. Gorgeous facility with lots of room, clean restrooms, and bright/airy environment. Only reason it’s not a 5 is due to limited parking availability for an out-of-towner.

Beautiful workspace but if you have any issues or needs do not count on customer service to be of any help. Very very difficult to get a hold of and their policies are focused on short term profits and not long term relationship building.

The co-working space is nice but the parent company Regus is trying to make a quick buck and not focused on long-term relationship building.
I work in the early AM and on the weekends and so I need a fab to be able to access the building. The FABs stopped working and we have not been able to get a new fab for weeks so I have not been able to use my space. Regus could not care less. Not only will they not refund me for my lost access, the cancellation process has been slow and difficult, and they are billing me for a month more just as an extra kick while I'm down.
I will not be using Regus any longer for any of my business needs.
