Cindy and I have found Scott and Caroline to be a godsendI appreciate deep tissue work a little more than Cindy but Scott and Caroline both meet us where we are and leave us always more relaxed

I've been going to Scott on and off for about a year now and can honestly say it's the best experience each time I go in. I have moderate scoliosis and my back becomes sore easily from working out or long road trips. Traditional massages and chiropractic adjustments don't even come close to the relief I gain from rolfing sessions. Scott is extremely friendly and knowledgable and I always feel comfortable. Rolfing can feel a little intense but it's worth the benefits!

After getting severe sciatica a few months back, nothing gave me more long term relief than Rolfing from Scott combined with plenty of time in a hot tub. I’ve kept having sessions routinely since and my low back pain hasn’t bothered me since. If you’ve only had massages and never Rolfing, there is no comparison. Rolfing is therapeutic and they’re trained to target areas of concern without causing more injury, or can do full body work if you’re just needing maintenance because you’re terrible at stretching regularly like me. I highly suggest giving Rolfing in Denver a try, specifically with Aligned Body Integration! They’re also phenomenal people, btw!
