I’ve been training at the Denver location and I absolutely love it. The coaches are excellent, knowledgeable, tough, and very attentive to detail. The training environment is supportive and everyone is genuinely focused on improving and helping each other.
The Muay Thai classes and sparring sessions are especially great. I’ve learned a lot about timing, defense, and applying techniques in live rounds. I’ve also taken some Jiu Jitsu classes here and really enjoyed them as well.

Good gym, great training.
Coaches and professors are all great - they will challenge you. It's refreshing as a former college athlete to relive a competitive culture. It can also be frustrating because BJJ is so different. I would recommend to anyone with or without experience willing to show up a lot to an advanced MMA gym.
I got the chance to drop in for a day. Very organized, but still relaxed martial arts gym. Everyone there was super welcoming and helped me feel comfortable. I took the beginner BJJ class and learned a lot!
