I’ve been working out at e3 for almost 3 years and I can confidently say that this is the strongest I’ve ever been! The coaches and programming are some of the best I’ve ever experienced and it’s helped me make gains without getting injured.If you like to push yourself and want to create some great memories in the process then join e3 fitness. You won’t find a more supportive community in Denver.

I joined e3 June of this year when I was going through a lot of life changes and this place has been my rock! I had a v consistent fitness regimen before but wanted to join a community that pushed me, held me accountable for bringing forth my best and gave me new goals to shoot for. I’ve tried every fitness studio/boutique gym under the sun it feels like but nothing else in Denver compares. I feel incredibly challenged by the programming, especially the unilateral training. I appreciate the depth of knowledge, kindness and professionalism displayed by the coaches. I have been a member of E3 for almost a year, and it’s been amazing. Every work out is still challenging in the best way and I always leave feeling great. E3 strives for excellence in every aspect while fostering a welcoming and motivating atmosphere.Before joining, I tried out quite a few other gyms (Alchemy365, F45, Barrys, FitWall, TransFORM to name a few…) looking for a workout that was tough as hell and would push me, but also a place that wasn’t intimidating.
