Only giving them two stars because they had good customer service. I had my hair done here while I was out of town. I asked for natural looking ash (not yellow) highlights. What I got was streaky, thick, yellow highlights. They asked me to come back in and I said no. They gave me a full refund which I appreciated.

Toby is super nice and accommodating. She did a great job on my hair, I would recommend everyone see her. I came in with extremely grown out hair and hadn't had it highlighted in at least 9 months. I also came in extremely exhausted. She revived my hair with a killer highlight and my exhaustion with a killer hair wash/head massage.
