Mary Delacruz was so wonderful helping me with the clothing I had to pick up from dry cleaning. The store was so clean and smelt amazing. due to the other times, I have come in. definitely had NO dust on counters, floor was swept and moped! (that's the SMELL!!) definitely need to give you my thoughts on Mary's working abilities. She is very well dressed, spoke loud enough and clear, has great customer service, not rude like the last girl I had to deal with (lysslie), in and out service with no problem, with all the work (jackets) and customers (4) that had come in, she was very fast, sure did keep the store tidy and very clean as she was doing so much, also... read full review
I rarely need to have dry cleaning done, so I'm no expert on this subject. I was impressed with the service, the manager was very friendly, my jacket got cleaned beautifully, and quicker than was scheduled. All in all I'm happy with Dependable Cleaners.
If you've got a job, it's difficult to pick up finished cleaning from them. They close way too early on weekday afternoons, they close even earlier on Saturday afternoons and they don't open at all on Sunday.Services: Special care fabric cleaning
