They do a very good job. The customer service is outstanding. I brought in a winter parka to clean and to replace the zipper on it. A gentleman called me to say that due to the unique color of my coat, replacing the zipper would be difficult to match the color and offered me either a black or white zipper, both which I did not want and told him to just clean the coat and I would try to find a an alteration service to see if they could match the color.
Much to my surprise, they went out of their way to find an exact match for the color and size,and replaced it for me. It took a little longer and a little more money, but I was very pleased.

Great experience with over the top great customer service. Someome came in after hours to get me my suit before I had travel the next day. I will be a loyal customer. Little pricey, but worth it in my opinion.
Tide up the street has much better prices. DC should make an attempt to be more competitive, especially considering they’re losing out on lots of business from their neighboring apartment complexes. The vast majority of people I know who live at Coda or Steele Creek prefer Tide due to cost.
