THIS IS A SCAM
I bought a Groupon for a 60 minute deep tissue massage with this company. When you call, it goes straight to voicemail and says to leave a voicemail or text for a call back. I’ve been doing that for over 1 week with no response back. I even went down to the location and no one was there. I am hoping Groupon will refund me, but I want to write this review so no one else gets scammed like I did. As you can see from the other reviews this isn’t anything new with this company. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I purchased a massage package from Bfree to help with some health concerns and much needed relaxation. I was able to use the first of 3 massages without difficulty. When attempting to schedule the next 2 massages Trill was unresponsive, unprofessional and refuses to give me my money back. I'm devastated and still in desperate need of massage. Save yourself the trouble and find a studio that consistently values its customers.

Trill takes personal interest in all of her patients and knows what she is doing as far as what that patient needs to heal.
She has a spirit about her that knows where and how much manipulation is needed two free my body of the pain and stiffness I have.
She is starting to change my life and the way I feel on a daily basis.
This lady is blessed with the healing spirit. I hope she heals you also.
