I waited a couple of months to get an appointment just to be denied because i forgot a proof of address. Maria was polite but needs more training as is not customer service but patient care. Totally dissatisfied of our health system
5 stars only because i have the best pediatrician doctor Jessica Jack and her assistants are the best .. . Some of the receptionists are honestly really rude. I try to ignore it and go for what I need .
The staff at Denver Health Montebello clinic has always been kind and professional. The security officers are polite and keep the place safe. The pharmacy crew tend to work hard to reduce the length of the line but at times, it's just gonna be long.The dental side stays busy helping adults and children maintain a bright smile. The physicians are doing their best to keep the community healthy. Parking is decent.
