I am very happy with the technician and all of the people in the office are very nice. The only thing is that the technician used a small blade to remove the suture. She really poked into the site and made it bleed and it really hurt. I thought that she would use a suture removal kit where you lift the knot with small tweezers and have small scissors to cut the suture.

I had a great experience with the doctor and medical assistants and I’m very pleased with my care. I’ve visited 3 times and each time the front desk staff were audibly rude in the way they spoke about patients. We all have our feelings but it’s more professional to save those conversations for the break room.

I saw Whitney Johnston yesterday for a skin cancer screening. (It's $225 out of pocket an extra cost for any removal procedures.) She was light-hearted in her approach and it made me feel at ease, because it's otherwise an uncomfortable appointment. Other than the actual exam, the office was easy to find, checking in was fast, and the staff was kind and professional. I'll definitely be a returning client.
