PLEASE READ- I had Mike come out to assess my A/C issue. He was not aware that I had 2 other well known HVAC companies come out for same assessment. THIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY that showed me exactly what the issue was and educated me on why my A/C was frozen. The other 2 companies tried to sell me a new A/C unit. Mike was not only technically stellar but honest- something that appears to be in short supply. My system is running perfectly now. I highly recommend using DALCO - you will be happy you did. Knowledgeable regarding heating, cooling, air purifying options. Well-trained technicians for installation, repair and maintenance. This month we had cooling maintenance and air purifier installation.
First time I used Dalco. Great experience. Mike was my technician. He was personable, explained what services he was going to perform and options I had if I decided to move forward with a new system. Fortunately, all was ok with present system just needed service. I will use Delco again.
