We had a great experience, the staff is extremely informative, friendly, and accommodating. My wife and I did the tandem room and it was a great option for doing together . The facilities were clean and the cooling towels smelled great ! they also have snacks, water and some fitness clothing available for purchase at the front .

My husband and I went for the first time today. The lymphatic rolling was amazing, we followed that with a nice sauna session and left feeling so relaxed. Overall great experience!! Easy to make appointments online, clean relaxing rooms and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back for more sessions.

I’m absolutely in love with this place. I bought a membership and go 3 to 4 times a week. The staff is always super friendly and considerate, and goes out of their way to make sure I have a great experience.
