The technicians were fantastic. They were very caring about what I wanted. They were kind, courteous and hard working. They were able to complete a different project in one day. They turned a project I dreaded into a simple project. I am very appreciative for a job WELL DONE!
Our service worker was Aldo. We had a basic cleaning and inspection as our AC unit had not been turned on for several years. He was very professional, honest & knowledgeable. While he gave us pointers on how to keep our AC unit running smoothly and what to pay attention to if it starts to have problems, we had a fun conversation about Denver back in the day with Robo Mike making the conversation. Turns out our unit was in good shape and just needed the cleaning only. I would definitely use Sunshine cooling again. Thank you, Aldo!
Israel came over to take a look at our air conditioning units because our house wasn’t cooling enough. He was incredibly knowledge, friendly, explained everything he was doing and why. 100% would request him again.
