I am so grateful to Tamara for her expertly-focused body work that she employs in her massages. My chronic hip issue has been released, and I can now walk more freely, faster, much longer in duration and with an ease that has not been possible for at least the past year, or more. She is uniquely qualified in finding the deep tissues that require her knowledgeable and skillful techniques. Forget fluff, superficial massages. I had a shoulder injury from basketball. The massages and the customized plan helped my shoulder heal. My doctors gave advice but it was not helping as much. But the massages and plan from the massage therapist was so beneficial

Wow. I haven’t had a more deeply therapeutic massage for my body. Tamara used techniques I’ve never experienced before to access my muscles and tissue that felt incredible during the session and was noticeable afterwards. Her knowledge and experience was apparent immediately and I’m thankful I found such a skilled therapist to go to regularly. The ground she covered so well in a 90 min session was impressive compared to other massages I’ve had where they don’t focus on the areas you mentioned during the consult, or they try to rush through every area on your body without giving the proper attention to each.
