I had a wonderful experience with two egg freezing cycles at CCRM facilities in both Lone Tree and Denver. All of the staff are competent, efficient, and empathetic. I felt supported and informed throughout the entire process.
Terrible practice. They send you to collections after 90 days even if you’ve called multiple times, they never call you back.
When going through egg freezing, they do not communicate well. You are a patient to shove through their system, not a human being.
