Adrian is a great choice if you're looking for someone who has a strong desire to produce great work. He holds himself and colleagues responsible for producing high quality work, and finishing the job!We worked with him to produce a complicated deck (lots of odd angles to cut, challenging footprint). He was genuinely excited by the challenge and worked smartly to produce a great looking deck.
