Where I first found Boost! Such a good location to get coffee with a friend afterwards. Will always prefer Boost over other pilates places because of the challenge and the wonderful instructors.

I found this pilates studio on ClassPass, and loved it so much I ended up getting a membership to the studio. The studio vibes are awesome, and the classes are both tough and fun. Mara is absolutely amazing and one of the main reasons I decided to get a membership at Boost! Highly recommend!

The staff is AMAZING! Every instructor that I've had has been knowledgeable, kind, and given a really good workout. Joining the Boost community has been the best decision. If you want serious gains, a lovely community, and fun workouts- Boost is for you!
