The haircut from Dylan was excellent as it is always. Their espresso machine was broken, and I had tried to get an espresso two blocks Down the road at Steam, but the line was too long, so I headed back for my haircut. Their Manager, Jake, saw my disappointment, and during my haircut, went and got me an espresso at steam and brought it to me during my haircut. This is definitely going the extra mile, and I so appreciated it. I wish that all businesses had this kind of hospitality in mind. It was really quite refreshing. Thanks again.

My only request was a low maintenance style. Ra did an amazing job, and taught me a few styling/maintenance tricks. They’re the type of person who seems to effortlessly find ways to connect with any human they come in contact with, which says a lot because I’m an anxious human. I’ll be back for sure!
