My daughter and I trained at Bladium CrossFit for a month while we were on holiday. We normally do HYROX, so this was our first experience with CrossFit, and we absolutely loved it.

Signed up with my cousin mainly for motivation, but this gym made it easier to stay consistent. Their beginner strength program was simple to follow and didn’t feel overwhelming. I noticed better posture after a few weeks. The parking area gets tight at night, though staff manages traffic decently.
