I miss Fly kickbox so much! The instructors are amazing and the classes are so much fun! You can’t go wrong taking classes here :-) I had to move unexpectedly but I might have to find myself a heavy bag so I can do online classes here because I have not found any kickboxing class close to this one, they are on a different caliber. I can tell you Cory’s classes are really challenging and at the same time so much fun, he knows how to motivate to keep pushing and not quit, his playlist helps a lot too ;-) Toms classes are so much fun too, he is so friendly, he always made me laugh and he helped me tremendously with my form and technique and slowly I was getting better...read full review

This place is the best, the teachers are awesome, and there is a variety of classes, from beginner to more advanced levels, technical mitt classes or great workouts on heavy bags (with a fun scoring system, which you can keep track of in a dedicated app).And icing on the cake, it's in Stanley marketplace, which means you have a ton of food options after the class :)I'm really grateful I stumbled upon this place randomly (I'm a complete beginner BTW).

I LOVE going to FLY kickbox! It is great for all skill levels including beginners and the coaches are so dedicated to what they do. Everyone is so supportive and pushes you to be your best. I am so happy I found this studio and the community that goes along with it!
