The staff here is amazing. Everyone was kind and friendly. The residents too were quite amiable. My father-in-laws room was clean and comfortable and he had no complaints. I wish them continued success

My experience with Berkley Manor for the care of my loved ones has been phenomenal! I credit the awesome customer service of the admissions department “Latrice manager “ the excellent customer service support she provides! It was unfortunate but necessary I needed to admit two relatives at the same time. Thanks to the caring and professional support in navigating the sometimes difficult processing of documents and medical entities my relatives are now housed safely and efficiently! It's been 4 years since my mom was there. I want everyone to know that she received excellent care while she was there. She had brain cancer with less than 6 months to live. The nurses at Berkeley are loving and caring. The CNAs were great to her. The food was good. The facility was clean. We had the very difficult discussion on end of life decisions with caring staff. They always kept me informed of everything that was going on with her. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
