Recently, our dog has been experiencing some digestive issues. The veterinarians as well as the vet techs have been very knowledgeable and helpful with what he needs and explaining his diagnosis. There are moments in high stress and possibly being overworked, that may have slight negative impact on the customer. But overall, very pleased with our dog’s care. Thank you Bear Valley Vet!
Great staff from the front desk to vet tech, Sarah, to vet, Dr. Brown. Gave wonderful, caring, gentle service to my cat and me on our very first visit for a wellness check after adoption. All questions answered and they even called the next day to check to see how my cat was doing.
Bear Valley Vet is great! You never wait too long, they are upfront with costs, and they always check in with you to ensure your pet is doing ok after every appointment. I highly recommend them...check them out!
