Unfortunately, we were part of the Tamko debacle in Castle Rock, but Zach was AMAZING! He made the process of getting our roof replaced, an extremely easy one. From start to finish, Zach was very professional and pleasant to work with. I cannot stress enough, what a rare find this is in a person these days. The Cree for AVI were also very efficient and did a great job cleaning up after everything was installed. Thank you to all!
The Sales Representation offered by Nik Gottfried - undersold - the quality of his attention to detail and follow through and follow up before, during, and after the installation of my roof. The quality of the installers was everything I could hope for; fast, thorough, professional. I cannot be a happier customer dealing with a major storm resulting in me not knowing where to turn first. Thanks goodness I found AVI and Nik Gottfried.
We had our defective shingles replaced with Zach at AVI. The process was seamless from start to finish. The work was done quickly and efficiently while keeping the quality and attention to detail at the highest standard. Zach went above and beyond for every step of the process. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
