I moved to Denver about 3 years ago and was desperate for a great stylist (after many botched dye jobs) and found Sophie/Aura Hair Salon. Given it's my 3rd year as a client, I am happy to say Sophie has exceeded my expectations every time. Sophie ALWAYS crushes it, whether it is a fresh cut or a new funky color, and I have felt so taken care of and my hair has not looked better. She is an absolute professional and will work with you to achieve any look, and if you've ever dreamed of dying your hair a bold new color, she is absolutely the person to go to. I have total faith in her skills as my partner and I both go to her for all our haircuts/color and couldn't be happier!...read full review

I got a haircut here and I loved it! My hair is pretty thick and coarse and I’ve had trouble finding places that know how to cut my hair. Sophie did a really amazing job and was also so kind. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Amazing! Sophie works magic with her cut and style, i couldn't believe how quickly she turned my mop into a sleek do. 10/10 recommend, will for sure be back for more styling and cuts!!
