Great traditional Ashtanga studio with led primary, intro/foundations classes and Mysore. Experienced instructors (Bill and Elizabeth) who care about their students. Highly recommend for those wanting a traditional yoga practice or who want to go deeper with yoga!

I recently visited Denver for the first time and I have to say this shala is absolutely my favourite thing about the city!! Bill and Elizabeth are fantastic teachers who are generous in sharing their extensive knowledge of ashtanga theory and practice, and the space and community they have created is truly magical.
