Thought I had a clogged drain. Billy came and checked my sink thoroughly and it turned out I only needed to adjust the stopper. He also checked the shower drain. I called him on Valentine's Day night at 7:00 p.m. And he answered!He couldn't help me because we're on a well system but he was very helpful and offered directions to turn. Thanks for answering the phone and not routing me to a call center (see my review of Brantley & Sons). ASAP will be my first call next time.
