Apex Clean Air AC & Heating Repair

I wanted to profusely thank Sergio for his thorough work on getting my air ducts and furnace cleaned up. I was able to sleep non-stop and didn’t wake up with puffy eyes and a stuffed up nose like usual. He was kind, considerate, and did a wonderful job! Oakley was very friendly and answered all my questions and even help me move my appointment when I had an unexpected job come up. I have scheduled an appointment with the care team for an analysis for a furnace/AC replacement (limping along around the 20 year mark). So far Apex has been absolutely amazing.

We called Apex Air, because we got a coupon in the mail. Originally we just wanted our ducts cleaned, but we ended up getting a UV lite and new filtration system. Brandon was our tech. He was extremely detail oriented, and did a really good job inspecting our house, breaking down pricing and explaining everything! Overall, very satisfied with this service and looking forward to a less dusty house! Will definitely use again

Donovan was my Technician he was very Thorough and had a sweet personality.

We had a great experience with Apex Cleaning from start to finish. We actually first met Adrian at the Colorado Home and Garden Show, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to right from the beginning. When it came time for the service, Adrian and Edwin were the technicians who came out and they both did an awesome job. They were professional, thorough, and really paid attention to the details. Everything looked great when they finished.

Tyler, the manager, was also fantastic to work with. He assisted Adrian over the phone to iron out the details of the services, which we really appreciated. It’s always nice dealing with a company that’s willing to work with you and make sure you’re happy with the service.

Overall, the whole team was great to work with and the quality of the work shows it. I would definitely recommend Apex Cleaning and will absolutely use them again in the future.

I had scheduled a Dryer Vent Cleaning. Lamario was the service tech who came out to my house on 3/2/2026. He was very rude and unprofessional. He arrived late, and did not apologize or explain his lateness. He parked in my garage, in a non-company vehicle, which I found to be odd but wasn’t a huge deal. He asked where the dryer was when he arrived, and I told him it was in the basement. He went down to the basement to set his stuff up. When he got back upstairs, I mentioned that there’s an exit vent on the patio. When I showed him this, he told me that I should have told him about this before he went down to the dryer. This was something that was already noted in my appointment details, and I later confirmed this with the scheduling person. He cleaned out the vent and then left a pile of lint on the patio when he came to me requesting payment. I asked him if he was going to clean up the pile of lint on the patio, and he swept up some of it and put it in my kitchen trash can. There was still a large pile of lint left on my patio that I had to clean up. He messed up a rug and some of the foam padding in my basement, and did not put anything back the way it was. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I was expecting much better from this company based on the reviews I had seen online. Homeowner beware before trusting this company.

UPDATED 3/6/2026:
The company reached out to me regarding my review. I called them back, no one answered, and I couldn’t leave a message because the inbox was full. In addition to the strange and unprofessional way that Lamario behaved in our home, he also unplugged our garage camera and our garage freezer at some point while he was here. I have video footage of him pulling into the garage, and then conveniently after that, I have no footage of him inside my garage, meaning that he unplugged the camera. I have no idea why he unplugged our camera and garage freezer, but he never plugged them back in so we lost nearly all of the food in our garage freezer. It will cost hundreds to replace everything that was lost. This company’s hiring practices are extremely questionable. As a woman, this experience made me feel unsafe. And now I’m out hundreds of dollars worth of food due to this guy unplugging my freezer. The fact that he was even parked in my garage in the first place was bizarre. Don’t hire this company, and don’t let Lamario do any work in your home.

I wanted to share that I spoke with Tyler at Apex, who was very understanding and empathetic to my experience. He acknowledged that this is not how their company operates, and offered me a full refund and a free appointment with their Quality Care Manager who will come by and ensure that the work was done properly. I appreciated Tyler doing what he could to repair the issue. The company didn’t offer anything regarding the spoiled food in our freezer that was due to Lamario’s unprofessional behavior, but I am glad that the service will not cost me anything and that they will be checking Lamario’s work with a manager.
