The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It was a holiday and they were busy, and it didn't phase any of the staff. All worked to keep donors in the loop and moving thru the process. The staff wore smiles and were having fun which put new donors at ease. The home building has an educational display I enjoyed while I waited my turn. It is worth donating at the home office.

Other than the CPR/AED/BL curriculum not aligning with the American Heart Association, the instructor was professional and thorough.
It is hard to find so leave an extra 10 minutes of time to locate it and park.

I came here to get my CPR and first aid certification. The building looked like it was closed when I got here. The lights were off inside and no one sits at the front desk. There was some kind of conference going on and the woman sitting at the front table for that told me to just wait in the lobby and someone would come grab me when the class was going to start. It was confusing. The class went over the estimated time which was a little annoying. There was a decent amount of parking when I got there.
