Taylor was great. He cleaned out my main duct system, dryer vent, and furnace and replaced my filter, explaining each process and answering my questions thoroughly all while being very friendly the whole time. As a new homeowner I can't speak too much to the value compared to the competitors out there but they were up front with me about the pricing breakdown from the start and it seemed reasonable to me, no hidden fees or shady practices. Timeline for me: within 30 minutes of my initial inquiry I received a call back from an estimator who provided costs for services right then and there, then they were able schedule me in 7 days later. We had a great experience getting our ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Our technician, John, was very friendly and communicative. He let us know when he was on his way, gave us progress updates throughout his work, and was very courteous and conscientious of the work calls I had to take while he was at our home. Thank you, John! Next time we need a cleaning we'll be calling AirDuct Specialists again.
