I had a very good experience using A Better Place. They were more reasonable than others, caring and offered similar services. I reached the owner with my first phone call, and she was very helpful. My in person contact was with her employees.
Such a wonderful place. They were so nice and helpful. Answer all my questions even a few times over. So patient in getting things done. If you have a love one pass away I would recommend A Better Place Funeral & Cremation.
Jennifer deserves a thousand stars, she truly is amazing. We initially reached out to two other funeral homes, but Jennifer’s services stood out among the other corporate funeral homes. We asked a lot of questions, which she answered in detail and she was transparent in all her responses, on a Friday night. She stayed available to us the whole time, communicating with us the moment that our loved one was in their care. We had her personal cell to text whenever we needed anything.
